Teenager flogged for stealing phone ( video ) Train up a child in the way he should grow and when he is old he will not depart from it. He was flogged unlimited  strokes of the cane for stealing a phone. The owner of the phone was operating his phone while it was charging outside his neighbour wall sucket not knowing that the thief was watching him. Immediately he dropped the phone to go and look for something in his house which is not far away from the place he left it. The thief came and take the phone and ran away. When the owner came back he only saw the charger on the wall socket after so much investigation they found out that it was his own relative that stole it. The thief travelled to the nearby village to go and sell the phone. A bike man saw him with the phone. The bike man was aware about the stolen phone.
