It's been 25 years since Ebony Simpson was murdered at Bargo On August 19th 1992, 9 years old Ebony Jane Simpson was on her way home from school in Bargo, Australia, when a man named Andrew Peter Garforth kidnapped her and threw her in the truck of his car. He drove her to a secluded dam, where he tied her hands together and raped her.
