Devastated fans pay tribute to 'vibrant, genuine' ex-Hooters girl and TikTok star Ali Spice after she died in a horror car crash in Florida aged 21 Fans are paying tribute to a 21-year-old TikTok star and ex-Hooters worker who died following a car accident in Florida.Ali Dulin, known by Ali Spice or as @alidxo on TikTok by her 919k followers, passed away on Monday following the car crash.A social media influencer who also worked at Hooters, Dulin was also active on Instagram as well as Twitch, juggling her job at the restaurant with her social media presence.Police have not yet released details of the crash nor confirmed if there were other casualties besides Spice.
