Lady Publicly Humiliated For Stealing Panties Explains Why She Did So (Video) A young lady has been publicly ridiculed and humiliated for a allegedly stealing another lady’s panties from a drying line. In a video gone viral, an unnamed lady was seriously beaten after being caught stealing and trying to hide another lady’s panties. Upon interrogation by the victim, the lady could not give a valid reason why she allegedly took possession of the underwear. The victim was heard saying that the suspect claimed the panties were dripping water on her head and yet took the panties to her room.
