Ugandan University Bans Students from wearing Mini Skirts and ripped jeans Ugandan university has banned students from wearing miniskirts, damaged/ripped jeans and tattoo marks on their bodies. Bishop Stuart University located in Mbarara district in west of Uganda issued the directive on the new dress code to all students effective 2 December 2021. Male students have also been restricted from accessing the university premises with plaited hair, earnings or pierced ears and unkempt hair. Any wear that is unacceptable as addressed in the university regulations and guidelines will not be entertained by the university.
