Almaz Ibraev, 41, was arrested by police after they discovered the body of Yuliana, 27, at her new apartment in St Petersburg on November 23.Her body was found in a rubble sack along with construction debris by police after they responded to a missing persons report. While the motive is still unknown, some reports have suggested that Ibraev was afraid he 'would not get paid for his shoddy work'.Yuliana had travelled to the apartment on the day she died to check on the progress of the refurbishment.She was seen for the last time getting into the lift on the apartment block's CCTV camera.
