The Sports Team at Ghana Education News has seen a photo of Christian Atsu’s death from a concrete slab that fell on him. The image surfaced online. a short while ago.

With the 7.8 and 7.5 quakes that hit Turkey and Syria, the Ghanaian International vanished. It turns out that the earlier rumours about him being saved and taken to the hospital are untrue.

The search for him continued until this morning, when word of the discovery of his dead body appeared online.

With the 7.8 and 7.5 quakes that hit Turkey and Syria there is a picture of Christian Atsu’s death caused by falling concrete online. Atsu is depicted as being trapped by the weight of what appears to be his roof as he lies face-up.

Over half of his body is covered by the dense concrete floor, with only his head and one arm protruding above it.

In the 97th minute of the club’s final league game, Christian Atsu, a Ghanaian international who played for Hatayspor in Turkey until his tragic death, scored the sole goal for the team.

Everyone had faith that he would be found alive, but twelve days after the horrific earthquake that claimed the lives of almost 40,000 people, news that Christian Atsu had been found dead devastated many people’s hearts both at home and abroad.
