A study published suggests men who wear briefs — tight-fitting underwear — have sperm counts that are, on average. "Any exposure [to heat] that significantly increases temperature is likely to affect spermatogenesis [or sperm production]," Men who wear tight boxers produce lower quality SPERM

For men, the choice between boxers and briefs may not be just for comfort, but for men, the choice of underwear may directly affect their sperm health, according to a new study.
The results of the study, which tested more than 600 people, found that men in boxers had more sperm than those in briefs. The findings suggest that tight underwear may seriously affect sperm quality.
Difference Between Boxes And Briefs
You might want to try boxer briefs. This is a middle road compromise. These are basically briefs with legs.
Boxers can seem more professional than briefs, but boxer briefs emulate some of the positives of boxers.Thus, they mirror the style of boxers while showing off your shape. Because they extend down your thigh, they will prevent chafing.

The reason is simple,
It is easy to clean the spits, urine and really easy to dispose. Easy to handle.
But the problem rises here,
Have you ever wondered why testicles hang down unlike other body parts, which come without any hangings or something like that?
Those two boys were intended to be so because they do not want to be affected by the heat of our body temperature. Humans' average body temperature is 37 degree Celsius and the testicles' temperature is two degree lesser than that, that is 35 degree Celsius.
It is like lifting two ice cubes near to the fire. The slight difference in temperature decides the quality and quantity of the swimmers.

What we generally do is wearing a tight brief for prolong period, overlapped by thick black jeans. I've witnessed some guys had slept with their jeans on!
It's advisable to wear a boxer or trunks than wearing a brief.
Just because they don't have nose doesn't mean they don't deserve air. Every natural parts should be given proper ventilation. Give air, Let them breathe!!
