The true test of a relationship is seen in the level of commitment you have towards your partner.

Love is beautiful and sweet, especially when you find the right partner that just keys into your vision.

Yes. The person you are in a relationship with has an impact in your life, on a general scale. That is why it is far more important to go for someone who is driven. Someone with a purpose and a vision. Someone with the right kind of attitude towards life.

Read that above paragraph again. And think on it for a while.

You can not afford to make that mistake. Not everyone will be willing to commit themselves to you. The reason being because most people are impatient with themselves. And because they are impatient with themselves, they will never have that time for you.

Date someone with sense. And not looks. Looks are good. But looks will not sustain your relationship and take it where you intend it to be. The only thing that will keep your relationship going and will stand the test of time is found in character.

Character. That is the one thing that defines the beauty of a relationship. When you have a partner that has the right character, things becomes easy for you. Because your values will align together. And this in turn, will cement the purpose of that relationship.

And having a partner that supports you in everything you do will help you not just to grow but become the person you intend to be. This does not mean that without a partner you can not go far in life. No. What I am trying to say here is that, the person you are dating can affect you in ways you can never imagine. Hence, the need to date someone who is purpose driven and knows what he or she wants from life.

Being with someone who is right for you will make things way lot easier for you. That is why you should go for character and not looks. This does not mean that good looks are bad. But then again, beneath those good looks, what else can you see that is good?

Warren Higgs, 54, underwent a two-hour operation to remove the organs weighing 35kg (77lb) in total.
