Masturbation comes with guilt: this is a common outcome of self-help. Guilt envelops you and the feeling of disgust and dirt. Most cultures and religious groups consider masturbation immoral and sinful hence it also affects your spiritual life.

Addiction can affect normal life: more often than not people who indulge in masturbation usually become addicted and it is something most people are not proud of. You may be spending so much time masturbating and it affects your productive life. It also interrupts your personal life as the thoughts of masturbation and pornography hit your head again and again.

Disrupt personal lifestyle: a chronic masturbator can go twice or more times a day which sometimes might make you feel useless, it affect work life, study life, family life, and spiritual life because it makes you feel unclean, shameful and dirty. Too much of it can cause fatigue in both physical and psychological sense. People lose interest in regular routines of life due to masturbation, and often it affects the psychological part of a person, they might lose self-esteem and be overtaken by guilt.
