Things Should You Never Start

1. Drugs. Just don't. Every addict ever thought he'd just taste it, do it recreationally, so you're not different from the other millions of people. You may be, but your body isn’t.

Online arguments. No one loves to stay stupid more than stupid, prejudiced people.

3. Referring to #2, its not always stupid if someone has a different viewpoint ofcourse, different strokes for different folks. Also, people post irrelevant comments JUST TO disagree. Don't be one of those people. Sharpen your comprehension skills and try to read between the lines.

4. A job you felt weird about.

5. A relationship that was blaring RED FLAGS all day everyday.

6. Yielding to people in small, little ways. You start justifying yourself without even being asked. You go uhmmm when someone asks for your reason. Sooner than you’d realize, you are a doormat.

7. It’s a personal one and idk why I think it works. I read it somewhere and it felt logical. Don't buy a porn subscription. Makes sense. I mean there's free porn everywhere, why would you buy it? If you pay for it, It'll give you a sense of ownership and it can make you more prone to porn addiction.

8. If you know you have a binge eating problem and you hate yourself for it, then don't keep valueless chewables around the house.

9.If you know you need validation in your life, don't excessively hang around with people who clearly seem to be not giving that to you. I see people do this everyday, they live every day as a small battle, and it drains them.

10. Once you have felt someone annoys you, don't start to give them little chances. It may sound extreme, but I dont mean completely cut them off. Keep it small, sweet, casual.

11. If you feel like your social media shares/posts aren’t getting as many likes, then dont start going MIA and staying silent. I see some poeple do it. It breaks my heart. Your space, you put up some pictures some writings, its like your own wall. Does it matter how many people come around to it and see it and give it a thumbs up? No. Your wall and only your validation matters, if others join great, if they don't-no love lost, no love found(its from No love by Eminem- good song).

A man has had both his kidneys removed after they enlarged to what surgeons said was "record-breaking" size. Warren Higgs, 54, underwent a two-hour operation to remove the organs weighing 35kg (77lb) in total. The father-of-one, who has polycystic kidney disease (PKD), said his surgeons told him that "in every single way you measure it" he had set a new record with the size of his heaviest kidney.
