10 Reasons Why Men Should Quit Watching Po*n

12 Reasons Why People Cheat On Their Partners

12 Reasons Why People Cheat On Their Partners

#1 Variety

Those who cheat on their partners argue that ‘eating the same diet’ every day can be boring if not outright monotonous. They claim it’s more exciting to eat ‘variety’.

Of course, those who think this way have a mentality problem because there’s no correlation whatsoever, between food and sex. In fact, male or female sexual organs have no sense of taste.

#2 “Tit-For-Tat”

According to many surveys, where a sample of people were asked if they cheated and why they cheated on their partners, they argued that they were pushed into it by their cheating partners who started it in the first place.

They argued that it was some kind of a “tit-for-tat” arrangement.

#3 Promiscuousness

Some people are just promiscuous no matter how they try to resist temptation. In fact, some people will sneak out of their partners' bed in the middle of the night, cheat with a neighbour and then sneak back to bed before dawn, without their spouses even noticing it.

This trend can sometimes go on for months, even years, until they’re caught.

Other people can even “do it” in the office with their work colleagues without their partners suspecting.

#4 The Missing Experience

Most people who cheat on their partners are looking for an experience. Sex is an experience and people perform the sex act to look for experience and the feeling of excitement.

The majority of people who cheat on their partners say that they’re seeking a different experience in the same way as people seek variety.

#5 Jealousy

In some cases, people who cheat on their partners do it from jealousy. They want their partners to feel jealous and to get hurt, but the cheating takes a new dimension when the cheating partners end up falling in love, which further complicates the situation.

#6 Sex Starvation

Sexual intercourse is a call of nature, like eating or drinking. If you’ve reached puberty, sexual urges will come whether you like it or not. Of course, you may control it for a while, but you’ll finally give in by either masturbating, have a sex partner or getting married.

Of course, after tasting sex for the first time, you’ll want to continue indefinitely until maybe nature and old age catch up with you.

During this sexually active period, you cannot afford to starve from sex for long periods of time. Sex starvation will often lead to cheating in order to “relieve” yourself.

#7 The Absent Lover Syndrome

Distant relationships often end up in people cheating on their partners. This has more to do with pressure by nature itself than it has to do with willingness. In most cases, people are forced by sexual urges as a result of sex starvation.

Then someone who cannot be resisted comes along and has sex with someone else’s wife, husband, girlfriend or boyfriend, and the whole thing becomes a vicious cycle.

#8 One-off Fling

One-off flings occur when one of the partners cannot resist the sex urge. They often occur in an office party, probably with someone they’ve been “eyeing” for a while. More often than not, people who end up having a one-off fling have been storing the same feelings for a while. When this happens it’s difficult to stop it and someone always ends up getting hurt.

The same thing can happen in the street corner with a hooker, especially when one of the partners is miles away on a vacation. When the other party gets to know about, obviously they get mad and the relationship takes a beating.

#9 The Induced Headache Syndrome

When one of the partners keeps complaining about the “imaginary headache” when the other partner is “in the mood”, this is a recipe for cheating.

Feeling lonely and deprived of sex, the other partner will naturally be tempted to start cheating.

#10 The Accidental Sex

We all know that there are no real accidents in this world, but on rare occasions, accidents do occur, even in sex. We have seen it happen in movies and we’ve seen it in real life.

When you ask those who do it why they did it, they’ll tell you they can’t understand why they did it. Just like that.

In most cases, sexual encounters with a stranger or an unattached person always leave scars as someone always gets hurt. Since forgiveness is difficult and takes a great deal of time and effort, the offended party is tempted to take the easy way out which is cheating.

#11 Immaturity

Some people get into relationships too early or too prematurely before they experience life. When they finally experience life, they want to get out there so that they can “taste” life to the full.

This often happens to couples who marry too young or couples who, for one reason or another, are forced into marriage while they’re still too young.

Unless some kind of friendship or bond takes place between the two, such couples end up cheating their partners for the rest of their lives.

#12 Incompatibility/Mismatch

Incompatibility is a common ground for cheating. When two people who have few or no common interests meet, the relationship is doomed to fail in the long run.

An example of this kind of relationship is the marriage between Prince Charles of Wales and the late Princess Diana. The marriage was fraught with cheating mostly because the two were not compatible. Prince Charles was much too old for Diana and they shared very little interests.

History’s Worst Execution Methods: Flaying

History’s Worst Execution Methods: Flaying Flaying — better known as “skinning alive” — has a long and grotesque history. Records of the practice exist as far back as the Neo-Assyrian Empire (beginning in 911 B.C.), but it has cropped up in most civilizations at one time or another, including Medieval Europe (where it tended to be used as a punishment for traitors) and in the ritual human sacrifices made by the Aztecs in Mexico (the Aztecs, at least, are believed to have skinned the body after the sacrifice had been made). Various techniques have been utilized in the many different cultures in which flaying has been employed, but the basis remains the same: Slowly, excruciatingly slicing the skin from the body while keeping the victim alive for as long as possible (and when feasible, removing the skin intact). Rendering Of Flaying Wikimedia Commons Carvings from the Assyrian period show the process beginning with incisions to the thighs or buttocks, while the European method — pictured...

Scattered across the property were the remains of at least 33 people, most of them sex workers or Indigenous women, and many of them were found inside his pigpens. Investigators soon learned that not only had Pickton murdered dozens of women, but that he'd taken their bodies to a meat rendering plant or ground them up himself and fed them to the pigs. Soon, officials issued an alert that the meat products Pickton sold to the public may have contained the ground-up remains of his human victims. Florida's Messiest Execution

Florida's Messiest Execution On July 8, 1999, the execution of Allen Lee Davis set off a shock wave that rippled around the world. During his time in the electric chair, Davis bled profusely from the nose and suffered burns to his head, leg, and groin area. As the switch was thrown, the “Tiny” Davis, who was executed for the May 11, 1982, murder of Nancy Weiler and her two daughters, reared back against the restraints, giving witnesses a chilling glimpse under a black hood designed to hide the faces of the condemned. Blood poured from his vivid purple nose, ran down the wide leather strap that covered his mouth and soaked the white shirt. After the power was turned off, Davis was still alive. Witnesses said his chest rose and fell about 10 times before he went still. After the execution, state prison officials and Governor Jeb Bush said the Old Sparky functioned properly. Three photos of the incident have been published on Florida’s High Court official website in an attempt to argu...

Time Me, Gentlemen': The Fastest Surgeon of the 19th Century In 1847, a doctor performed an amputation in 25 seconds, operating so quickly that he accidentallyp amputated his assistant's fingers as well. Both later died of sepsis, and a spectator reportedly died of shock, resulting in the only known procedure with a 300% mortality rate. His name is Dr. Robert Liston In 1846, Liston received a patient named Frederick Churchill, whose right knee had been causing him terrible problems for years. None of the treatments he'd been given before had worked, and now the only option was amputation. The day of the surgery, Liston walked into the operating room and, instead of grabbing a knife and asking his audience to time him, he pulled out a jar. Ether, American dentists and doctors had recently demonstrated, could be used as a surgical anesthetic. "We are going to try a Yankee dodge today, gentlemen," Liston told the crowd, "for making men insensible." Liston...

The Scold’s Bridle was a torture device used during medieval times on women accused of talking too much, which was then feared to be the work of the devil. "The origins of the bridle are not clear but it is currently thought to have originated in Europe sometime in the Middle Ages and was used as part of the penal system. It is first heard of in Britain as a punishment for witches in Scotland in the 16th Century and one of the worst examples of it is the so-called ‘Forfar Bridle’. This is particularly horrible, having spikes on the top and bottom of the bitt to pierce the tongue and palate. There is an equally gruesome instrument kept at Stockport and known as the ‘Stockport Bridle’ and this also has spikes on the top and bottom of the bitt. The first recorded use of the bridle for scolds, in England, was in the 17th Century. Use was predominantly in towns in the North of England though there are other examples and styles of bridles preserved further south. Its use was mostly sanc...
