According to a report by the SUN NEWSPAPERS, a housewife in Ebonyi State, identified by name as Elizabeth Omeh, has petitioned the Ebonyi Family Court to dissolve her three-year old marriage due to her husband’s inability to satisfy her in bed

Elizabeth also told the court how her husband almost strangled her to death because she demanded intercourse, adding that she had to leave her matrimonial home and return to her parents’

She claimed that her husband, James, had not slept with her in almost a year and that every time she tried to lure him for intercourse, he will start beating her.

Elizabeth informed the court she is fed up with her marriage and had decided to return her dowry to her husband’s family.
