10 Reasons Why Men Should Quit Watching Po*n

True story of Japan's WWII 'human experiments' at Unit 731

War crimes: A human 'subject', seemingly a young Chinese civilian, is subjected to an unknown form of bacteriological test at Unit 731,  built to conduct research into germ warfare, weapons capabilities and the limits of the human body

Japan’s 'unit 732' carry out an experienment on a living human being in the 1940's. The unit was essentially a torture squad that was created to test human endurance of pain and extreme conditions. The tests were carried out on humans considered ' inferior' by the officers

The harrowing tale of how Japan carried out a series of horrific human experiments under the guise of 'warfare research' during World War II is told in a new book.

The Japanese scientists also used prisoners to study STDs, forcing prisoners infected with syphilis to have sex with healthy prisoners to study how the virus spread.

Doctors injected prisoners with animal blood or forced them to share cells with diseased inmates to test how infectious the conditions were, historians say.

Female prisoners were systematically raped to force pregnancies, in the name of science.

Sometimes the mother-to-be would then be infected with syphilis or another disease, so the Japanese could study how it may affect the foetus.

A shocking photograph found in archives show a Chinese woman so far along in her pregnancy that the fully-grown baby has turned, ready to be born. She has been cut open from throat to pelvis, the baby exposed in her belly.

Despite knowledge of a large number of babies born at Unit 731, there are no accounts of any survivors - including children.

Some of those at Unit 731 died in experiments testing weapons such as grenades and biological bombs. Others are said to have been buried alive or drowned.

As well as the 3,000 killed at Unit 731, tens of thousands are also thought to have died when the Japanese used what they had learned against their enemies in the war - mainly Chinese civilians.

In addition to releasing plague-infected fleas, the Japanese are known to have planted typhoid fever, cholera and other diseases into the water systems in Chinese villages.

More than 3,000 people - mostly Chinese civilians, but also Russian, British and American POWs - were dissected alive, infected with bubonic plague and used as human guinea-pigs for frost-bite treatments.

Unit 731 was built in 1936 in modern-day Harbin, northeastern China, for the Japanese Imperial Army to conduct research into germ warfare, weapons capabilities and the limits of the human body.

It was a completely covert operation, and during WWII it was at first described as a lumber mill, then a water purification plant, and even today, awareness of Unit 731 in and outside of Japan is low.

Today, its remains, now a museum, echo many of the chilling hallmarks of a former Nazi death camp  with its disused railway track and ghostly buildings.

One structure still today contains rows of cages that housed giant rats which Japanese doctors used to produce the bubonic plague.

The horrendous disease was later unleashed on hundreds of thousands of Chinese, by dropping plague-carrying fleas on villages as part of experiments in biochemical warfare.

Photographs from the new book - Unit 731: Laboratory of the Devil, Auschwitz of the East - shows Japanese soldiers taking part in a vivisection - carrying out operations on a live person to study living tissue and organs.

Experiments and dissections on men, women and children were carried out without anaesthetic so that the results would not be influenced by drugs.

Prisoners would be infected with diseases, after which their organs would be removed while still alive so the scientists could study the effects of the disease before decomposition could start.

Limbs would be amputated from prisoners to study blood loss,  and documents show that they were often re-attached to opposite sides of the body.

Extensive experiments into frostbite were carried out, as the Japanese tried to find the best cure for the affliction.

Prisoners would be exposed to extreme temperatures in order to develop frostbite, after which the Japanese would study how long it took before gangrene would set in, and how long a human could survive it.

One experiment conducted on young Chinese civilians would see their arms frozen stiff with ice, before being placed into a vat of hot water.

The flesh would then be stripped off the bones - the prisoner still alive.

Despite thousands of victims, the Japanese government denied the existence of the unit until 1998, when the Supreme Court indirectly acknowledged it by ruling there was an academic consensus that Unit 731 existed.

The man largely responsible for the operation of Unit 731, Shirō Ishii, escaped punishment after the war.

Ishii, and several others from Unit 731, were granted immunity by the United States in exchange for full disclosure of the results of their biological warfare experiments.

Ishii died of throat cancer in Tokyo, Japan, in 1959, aged 67.

The Soviet Union did hold trials for eleven of the scientist working at Unit 731 at the end of the war.

They each received between two and 25 years in a Siberian labour camp.

Last month, a group of Japanese scholars announced that they are is set to publish a list of 3,607 members of Unit 731, including 52 surgeons, 49 engineers, 38 nurses and 1,117 combat medics.

The answer is the father and a father is a male child for the parents. A male child retains the fathers name and he brings mony for the family. How Serial Killer Albert Fish’s Letter To The Parents Of One Of His Victims Finally Landed Him In Prison

How Serial Killer Albert Fish’s Letter To The Parents Of One Of His Victims Finally Landed Him In Prison In 1934, Albert Fish wrote a letter to Grace Budd’s mother and described how he'd murdered her before cutting her into pieces and eating her flesh. "Dear Mrs. Budd, On June 3, 1928, I called on you at 406 W. 15 St. and brought you pot cheese and strawberries. We had lunch. Grace sat on my lap and kissed me. I made up my mind to eat her." Grace Budd had been missing for six years when her mother received this disturbing note in the mail. It detailed exactly how her 10-year-old daughter had been abducted, murdered, and then roasted like a turkey. Though the letter was unsigned, investigators were eventually able to trace it back to a gray-haired old man named Albert Fish.  While plenty of Americans spent the Roaring Twenties at wild parties, Albert Fish developed a taste for human flesh. Known as the “Brooklyn Vampire,” he lured children into abandoned homes to kill them...

10 Countries That Preferred Male Child to female Child

List Of Countries That Preferred Male Child to female Child In many cultures, male offspring are desired in order to inherit property, carry on the family name and to provide support for parents in old age. There is a preference of parents to have a son over a daughter in many countries. This can be observed through sex ratios of children in various countries. Although biologically the sex ratio of children is around 95 girls to every 100 boys, this number generally evens out due to the higher infant mortality rate of boy infants. Scholars argue that the expected birth sex ratio in a normal population is in the range of 103 to 107 males to females at birth Below are the countries that preferre male Child to a female Child 1. India In a country like India, generally parents do not want a girl child and got to the extent of killing them in womb or after birth.  Parents prefer to have a kid that is less problematic as it grows, gives them better returns ...

11 SIGNS YOU’RE IN A BAD RELATIONSHIP (BUT DON’T WANT TO ADMIT IT)

A Poisonous relationship can alter our perception. You can spend many years thinking you’re worthless. But you’re not worthless. You’re underappreciated.” – Steve Maraboli Being in a bad or toxic relationship is often something that we don’t realize that we’re in until we’re out of it. Bad relationships can invade every other aspect of our lives, from our friendships to our family relationships. They can make you feel depressed or anxious for no reason. Marriage & family therapist and author Darlene Lancer, JD, MFT says, “Healthy relationships nourish and support us. A toxic relationship, on the other hand, is like poison to us — instead of lifting us up, it makes us feel worse. When it ends, we might experience post-traumatic stress or a lessening of self-esteem and trust in ourselves and others.” When you’re in a bad relationship, you’re probably ignoring all the signs – it’s what we do as humans to protect ourselves. If you’re in a toxic relationship, you may notice th...

How To Fix A Broken Relationship

Hurt is inevitable in significant relationships. Yet pain and strife do not have to mean a relationship is going to end. Many couples find that working through trouble actually makes their relationship even stronger. What they realize is that all relationship require work, love, and patience to succeed, and this is especially true when trying to mend a broken relationship. 1. Determine if the other person wants to fix the relationship. There is no sense in trying to fix something if you are the only one willing to do the work. If your partner is unapologetic for mistakes, dismissive of your desire to talk, or continues hurtful behavior, it might be time to move on. It takes two people to mend a broken relationship. If you are the only one trying to save things then you will never succeed. 2. Determine why the relationship is in trouble. All relationships go through rough patches at one point or another. As the novelty of your first few months together wears off, problem...

A river pirate who killed at least 6 people, including stabbed the victim in the eye, is facing his execution in China in 1900 A river pirate is a pirate who operates along a river. The term has been used to describe many different kinds of pirate groups who carry out riverine attacks in Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, and South America. They are usually prosecuted under national, not international law A river pirate who killed at least 6 people, including stabbed the victim in the eye, is facing his execution in China in 1900. It stands on stones or wooden beams. Every day 1 will take off with his head on top. He will eventually have nothing to stand on and suffocate to death. On a sunny winter day some three centuries ago, British warships fired their cannons in celebration as Lieutenant Robert Maynard sailed up the James River upon his return to Virginia. Any questions as to the success of his covert mission to subdue one of history’s most notorious pirates were answered at the...

The "Spirit of St. Louis" plane that carried Charles Lindbergh on his historic transatlantic flight from New York to Paris was strikingly simple in design

The "Spirit of St. Louis" plane that carried Charles Lindbergh on his historic transatlantic flight from New York to Paris was strikingly simple in design. The plane flew 3,610 miles nonstop in just 33.5 hours, yet it measured less than 28 feet long, seven feet shorter than a standard school bus, and it was built with just a single 220-horsepower engine, about the same as a full-size sedan. Its fuselage was constructed with a pared-down steel frame and its wings were made from spruce. And the whole plane, apart from the engine, was wrapped with only canvas. In fact, it didn't even have a front windshield because extra gas tanks were placed directly in front of the cockpit to help balance out the weight of the additional fuel. But despite its shortcomings, the plane did exactly what it was supposed to do — and made Lindbergh the most famous pilot on Earth. Read the story of Charles Lindbergh's "Spirit of St. Louis" by following the link in our profile. Th...
