A woman with a giant belly that weighs 15 kilos and keeps on growing 

When you get sick, you expect to be able to go to the doctor and have him tell you what’s wrong, give you medication, and send you home. Wang Gao Xiang was young, only 34 years old, and in the prime of her life. She had two children and was happy, living in Dashi village outside Anchoon City, a rural province.
